Buyers are comparing options more carefully and taking more time before making a purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1591\">The median price of apartments in Tallinn reached approximately \u20ac2,988 per square meter, which is about 5% higher than a year earlier, when the median price was around \u20ac2,840\/m\u00b2. The average price per square meter remained around \u20ac3,100.
