Our Team
Nove Kinnisvara is led by its co-founders, Erika Truuverk and Anu Uuemõis, who are responsible for the agency’s development, client relationships and service quality. Our goal is to provide a real estate service that is personal, thorough and results-oriented.
In the Estonian real estate market, we assist clients with the sale, purchase and rental of both residential and commercial properties. In addition to Erika and Anu, our Estonian team includes Tiina Laiverik, who helps clients gain clarity in real estate transactions and supports them throughout the entire process.
A well-planned layout and thoughtful presentation are important in both selling and buying property. For this reason, Nove Kinnisvara works in cooperation with interior architect Caitlyn Kesa. Caitlyn advises clients on space planning, interior design and making homes more functional, helping to create complete and practical solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
In addition to real estate in Estonia, we help Estonian clients find property in Spain’s Costa del Sol and in Tuscany, Italy. For international real estate, our clients receive local support from Reelika Andresson on the Costa del Sol and Margus Merima in Tuscany.
