The office space for rent is located on the fourth floor of a beautiful and historic building in the Maakri quarter. The space is in the G-building of the quarter, where the office hotel Workland and the research company Kantar Emor operate. The well-known restaurant “Härg” is located on the first floor of the building. The building has been renovated to a high standard, following the requirements of modern office space, while maintaining the historical atmosphere.
The building is accessible from both Maakri Street and the Maakri Quarter parking garage. There is an elevator in the main staircase. Tenants appreciate the building's excellent climate system and easy access by both public transport and car – there are several parking garages and car parks nearby.
The large windows of the office offer impressive views of the neighboring high-rise buildings. Roller blinds have been installed to regulate sunlight and the windows can be opened. With prior agreement with Maakri Quarter, it is possible to use the terrace surrounding the outer edge of the office.
The office space consists of a large open office area, which can be used in various ways if necessary. There is also a kitchen and recreation area, a cloakroom, a meeting room and three toilets. The kitchen and cloakroom are fully equipped with permanent furniture (including modern kitchen appliances) and their use is included in the rental price. By agreement with other tenants, it is also possible to use larger meeting rooms on the third floor of the building.
The office is equipped with energy-efficient lighting with motion sensors and timers. The floor can be connected to the communication backbones of all major data service providers and an internal low-voltage network has been built out.
The offices can be furnished with your own furniture or an agreement can be made to use existing furniture, including an acoustic booth for telephone calls (produced by Martela). If desired and suitable, paintings and tapestries can remain on the walls.
The fono lock system allows access to the premises around the clock (24/7).
