Reelika Andresson is a real estate agent based on the Costa del Sol, supporting Estonian clients in purchasing a new home or an investment property in the Málaga region.

Reelika has an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including different property segments, new developments and the resale market, as well as their price levels. In cooperation with local agents and developers, she supports clients throughout the entire purchasing process and, if needed, also helps them adapt to their new environment.

Clients are provided with Estonian-language support and a clear overview of both legal and financial aspects of the purchase.

The cooperation begins with identifying the client’s needs and signing a buyer representation agreement. Reelika then starts searching for properties that match the client’s preferences. An initial presentation of selected properties is conducted online, while the final selection takes place during property viewings on site.

There is no additional fee for Estonian-language support. The brokerage fee is paid after the purchase agreement has been signed.
